1. Agreement
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website dsc.co.ke and any services provided by DSC (“DSC”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to these Terms.

Estimates and indicative pricing provided through our intake form or website are non-binding until a formal proposal or Statement of Work is signed by both parties. Final scope, deliverables, timelines and fees are governed by that signed agreement.

All content on the site — including text, graphics, logos, images, code and design — is owned by DSC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
For client engagements, ownership of project deliverables transfers as specified in the relevant Statement of Work, typically upon full payment.

The site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those sites.
6. Disclaimer
The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DSC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the site or services.
8. Indemnity

9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts, without prejudice to any applicable consumer protection rights.
